In my role as Head of Business Services, I support multi-discipline teams across our business in delivering positive business change that benefit not only our clients but also aids the growth and development of MPA. I lead a talented cross-functional team who contribute daily to the effectiveness of the business and have a forward- thinking mindset when finding ways to improve.
My best experience at MPA so far…
The project I am most proud of is adopting Agile project management to deploy a new system interface for our R&D claim delivery team. This project has made a real impact not only for the team but across the wider business team.
As a season ticket holder, I am delighted that we have chosen to support the Northampton Saints Foundation, making a real difference to local children who are struggling to engage both at school and socially, through a programme of education, sport and support.
